Building a Profitable Digital Practice: Case Study w/PJA Advertising & Marketing

Only a short distance from MIT in Cambridge, MA, PJA has aggressively and quite successfully built an integrated digital offering. In fact, it is now making up almost half of their entire business.

While integrating digital is certainly not new, building a practice that generates consistent, growing, and profitable revenue continues to be met with numerous challenges.

In this training webcast, Mike O'Toole (President & Partner) and Robert Davis (SVP Digital Marketing) will walk through the key principles that are critical in building a successful interactive capability. Step-by-step, they will then discuss the key stages that an integrated practice needs to move through as it stabilizes, grows, and matures. There will be discussion on staffing and infrastructure, with a particular focus on profitability.
