Who Should Attend: What Types of Firms? Who on My Team? >>

Step-by-step, you will walk through one of the most innovative approaches to selling strategy, creative and programs, including:

  1. Storytelling: apply the most effective approach to selling senior decision-makers.
  2. Deck Structure: learn the Nine Selling Points all pitch decks must cover.
  3. Deck Content: you're presenting exactly what everyone else is, break from the commodity rut.
  4. Visual Aids: learn the most effective mediums and devices to bring your ideas to life.
  5. Slide Design: kill PowerPoint scriptwriting, instead focus on visual metaphors, headlines, multiple mediums.
  6. Big Openings, Big Closings: hook within the first 5 minutes, then hit hard throughout the entire presentation.
  7. Selling the Benefit of Your Work: this is why the client will hire you, better communicate how you will impact their business.
  8. Objection Handling: turn an objection into an opportunity to deepen the relationship.
  9. Casting: the three criteria every presenter must meet, how to handle poor presenters, make everyone more effective.

This is based on the latest strategies from Mirren's Pitch Deck Writing / Storytelling training program with agencies. Mirren's clients are using this approach right now to:

  • Consistently increase their win rate to greater than 75%.
  • Have their team better command the room with authority and confidence.
  • Draft their presentations far more quickly and efficiently.
  • Gain team consensus and alignment early in the process.

Consider bringing multiple people from your team to better collaborate on this new approach -- and to then teach your entire agency team.

A complete set of training materials will be provided to take back to the agency.
