  • Stephen Boehler of Mercer Island Group has run hundreds of reviews all over the country. He will share his take on the latest trends defining agency selection and how you can better increase your odds of winning.
  • There will be an opportunity to meet Stephen during the session.

2) Breaking Into New Categories: Expanding Your Pipeline

  • Expanding into new categories can provide a lucrative source of new revenue. However, most do not target and convert "low hanging fruit" in a strategically-sound fashion. Agencies often randomly target categories and prospects where the firm has no credibility, ultimately ending up with little success.
  • This working session will take you through the challenges and the key strategies necessary to position and package your agency to enter new categories, fast. Leave with a prospecting plan that will drive you into new categories.


3) Building Your Strategic Horsepower: Uncovering & Selling Transaction Insights
  • Clients are buying insights: new insights (about the target audience) that lead to business opportunities.
  • This session will review the specific strategic core competencies that every agency (small and large) must master. And it’s not about jumping on the digital or social media bandwagon. In fact, the new agency model is centered around its ability to develop, sell, execute against and measure Transaction Insights.
  • With this at the core, the session will review the set of basic capabilities that will lay a rock solid foundation for growth over the next five years.


4) Selling the Benefit of Your Work: New Tools to Increase Your Persuasion
  • Your work is effective. You’ve delivered impressive results time and time again. However, clients are looking for more solid proof up front that your work will deliver.
  • This session will dive into new tools that you can immediately apply to irrefutably build a case for the effectiveness of your work. Simply put, when clients see the benefit in what you’re presenting, they buy more.
