1) The Four New Business Strategies for the Next Five Years
It’s no secret that clients have completely changed over the past 18 months. They are seeking an evolved set of capabilities – and a different approach to new business.
This workshop will take a frank look at what your agency is missing and why it’s holding you back. You will review the specific set of core competencies that every agency (small and large) must master to drive new business growth. And it’s not about jumping on the digital or social media bandwagon. In fact, the new agency model is centered around its ability to develop, sell, execute against and measure Transaction Insights. With that at the core, the training will build on the set of basic capabilities that lay a rock solid foundation for growth over the next five years. The session will end by completing a plan of action to help you immediately begin implementing lessons from the training.
2) Advanced Pitch Strategy: Better Engage, Differentiate, Convert
There is nothing clients hate more than the agency monologue from the front of the room. This hands-on working session will address several strategies that you can employ to immediately begin changing your discovery process, credentials and pitch presentations into more dynamic sessions. You will learn rule-breaking contrarian strategies that work to separate you from the pack while engaging prospects in ways they didn't expect. The session will end by completing a plan of action to guide the implementation of your new advanced pitching approach.
3) Advanced Prospecting Strategy: Target, Attack, Convert
This hands-on working session will address the steps in building an on-going pipeline of qualified leads – using a powerful "diagnostic" approach. From qualifying to targeting to attacking and closing, you will learn the most effective path to bringing new prospects in the door – including how to identify those prospects that you can most quickly and efficiently bring in. You will also learn the type of outbound call that will almost always get returned. The session will end by completing a plan of action to guide the implementation of your new advanced prospecting approach.
